Questions
Is the parcel discreet?+
Plain outer mailer, neutral sender name, and no product description on the shipping label.
Will the colour match the photos?+
Photos are shot in daylight without heavy retouching. Screens vary, so expect a close match rather than an exact one.
How do I choose between two sizes?+
Measure bust, waist and hip, then match the largest measurement to the table. If you are between sizes, take the larger one for a relaxed fit.
Can I exchange instead of refund?+
Yes — email us with the order number and the size you need, and we will hold it while the return is in transit.
